So I went to the RMV on Tuesday to try and get a new license. I did, but here's the thing: it will still be an "Under 21 Issued." Today I tried to cancel the whole thing, because it cost me 40 bucks and if I want to get a regular one, I have to wait until after my birthday and pay another $20. But I won't be here long enough after my birthday anyway. So I guess I did the only thing I could do and it's just going to cost me another $20 after I get back from California. ug. These are the small problem you encounter when your family moves 3000 miles away.
